This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Acorn Tribe is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Acorn Tribe delivers to the following countries and regions:
Local shipping: Ireland
International shipping: UK, USA and Europe.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
For security reasons, Acorn Tribe will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Acorn Tribe offers Free Postage and Packaging on all orders.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date it is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make product delivery as simple as possible.
Shipping times may vary according to the shipping service and the delivery country (international shipping).
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
Acorn Tribe is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Acorn Tribe is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, it is possible that the buyer must pick up the package at the post office of the corresponding country.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Acorn Tribe will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Acorn Tribe recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address. Acorn Tribe is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Acorn Tribe makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
